We are a UK distributor of natural beauty products with many years of experience selling direct to customers. We believe in offering a great service whilst keeping things simple.

Our office and warehouse are located 90 miles north of London in the village of Kings Cliffe in Northamptonshire.


Pay online:

We use PayPal, so paying for your order is easy and safe.

Payments by PayPal

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry, you can choose to pay with your credit or debit card. You don't have to set up a PayPal account.

No account required:

Ordering from our website is so simple that you don't even need to setup an account. The only information we need to ship your parcel is:

- Name and address for delivery
- Email address for order notification

This information is automatically passed to us by PayPal, so we don't need to ask you for anything else. Simple!


UK Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery  £0.99
    (3-5 working days)
  • Priority Delivery  £1.99
    (1-2 working days)
  • Next Working Day (Courier)  £4.99
  • FREE Standard Delivery for orders over £18

Outside UK:

Unfortunately we don't ship parcels overseas. We only sell in the UK.

When will my order be dispatched:

Our warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Friday only. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Priority orders received before 2pm are dispatched on the same day. Otherwise they are sent on the next working day. Standard orders are dispatched on the next working day.

What if I haven't received my order:

If you haven't received your parcel within 1 week please email or telephone us and we will immediately take action to resolve the problem.

Please be sure to check that your parcel hasn't been left with a neighbour or in the porch, garage etc. Also, you can check with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel. If so, you can ask them to arrange re-delivery.


If your order arrives damaged please let us know within 2 days of receipt so we can arrange immediate replacement of the damaged items.


Un-opened products:

You can return unused items for a full refund up to 30 days after placing your order. Products must be unopened and returned in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure to pack them safely. A refund will be made to your PayPal account and confirmed to you by email. Please note: we do not refund postage costs.

Opened products:

If after trying a product you decide it isn't suitable; then please contact us for further advice. If you let us know within 7 days we may be able to offer you an exchange or credit note.
