Coconut oil can be used freely as culinary and nutritional oil. Each teaspoon provides 5g delivering 3g of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs).
One teaspoon (5g) typically provides:
Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 90mg
Oleic acid (Omega 9) 250mg
MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) 3200mg
To Use
Use as a delicious ingredient in cooking, baking, salads and spreads, or as a cooking oil alternative to vegetable and olive oils.
It may be used as a body moisturiser by applying directly to the skin or hair as required. Apply after a bath or shower for maximum benefits. As a special hair treattment apply warm oil and cover head with a shower cap or foil. Leave for as long as possible before washing as normal.
Due to the product's natural origin, colour and consistency may vary from batch to batch. This does not affect the quality of the product in any way.
